4. Teian App (if/when you become a customer)

Use of the Teian App may be subject to a separate subscription agreement, including pricing, support terms, and service levels. If separate terms apply, those terms will take precedence for the Teian App.

5. Intellectual property

The website and Teian branding, designs, and content are owned by or licensed to Teian Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

6. Availability and warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.
